Half Hour Massage:  $35   Hour Massage:  $65   Hour & Half Massage:  $95   Two Hour Massage:  $125     Half Hour:  When you don't have time for a longer visit but NEED some relief!  Also useful for multiple sessions in a week to address problem areas.    Relaxation:  Long soothing strokes promoting circulation, stress reduction and relief in the superficial muscles.     Therapeutic:  Site specific work to address chronic or acute pain.  Utilizes various techniques in communication with the client to achieve results.    Lomi Lomi:  A combination of physical and spiritual techniques done in long runs along the body with oil directly on the table.    Hot Stone:  Use of stones by placement on trigger points, meridians, or areas of constriction as well as the use of the stones in combination with massage strokes.    CranioSacral:  Dr. Upledger's Techniques to treat the craniosacral system consisiting of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.    Reiki:  Japanese technique using energetic principles to promote healing and relaxation.  Session length and price varies by client needs.
